How can I become a mentor?

It is very easy to become a mentor. SPE members may volunteer by contacting their local section or through a division or special interest group. A list of these groups can be found on SPE's web site at: http://www.4spe.org/

If your section or division has not implemented the YPP mentoring process, you may want to volunteer to head up a mentoring effort for them. We have developed everything you need to establish and maintain a mentoring program, so the time commitment will be minimal.
